Most ready-to-ship GORTS orders leave the studio within 3 to 7 business days. Limited drops, preorders, and made-to-order pieces may take longer and will show the estimated window on the product page.

Once your label is created, tracking will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will do our best to update the address, size, or item.

Once an order is packed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Some core jorts may return. Capsule colors and experimental pieces are usually limited.
